Before you write

Help us help you faster.

A little detail turns a two-week conversation into a two-minute fix.

  • Your device and version , for example iPhone 13 on iOS 17, or Samsung A54 on Android 13.
  • The hymn book and hymn number if the issue concerns specific content.
  • What you expected and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot if the problem is visual. It usually explains more than a paragraph.
  • Whether it affects a service this week, so we can prioritize correctly.
